1. Installation Notes / Tips

   • When replacing, make sure to power off the device and remove the battery.

   • Carefully remove the old keypad to avoid damaging the underlying PCB or flex-cable.

   • Align the replacement keypad properly, ensuring the key-caps / membrane sits exactly in the slots.

   • Reassemble and test all keys (especially function and modifier keys) to verify the VT layout is working.

   • If using terminal emulation software, verify that VT mode is enabled / configured correctly so that the keypad layout corresponds to the emulator.

2. Limitations / Trade-offs

   • Only useful in VT emulation mode; if you don’t use VT emulation, many of its terminal-specific keys may not be utilized fully.

   • Being a mechanical / older keypad design, keys might feel “less modern” compared to newer touch or soft-key setups.

   • If sourced from third-party / aftermarket, build quality may vary; OEM or “A-grade” recommended for reliable use.

• Raster Encoder Sensor: The H9720 converts rotary or linear displacement into digital pulse signals, which are used to control movement or measure position.

What It Is

• A physical, alphanumeric 53-key keypad (keyboard) designed for enterprise handhelds (MC9090, MC9190, MC92N0 / MC9200 series).

• Referred to as “standard” because it's not tied to a specific terminal-emulation layout (like 5250, VT, or 3270). In other words, it's a “generic alphanumeric” keypad.

• On some devices / configurations, emulator-specific keypads (like 5250 or VT) are used only if terminal-emulation software is running; otherwise, they function like the standard 53-key. 

• High Resolution:The sensor often features a high resolution, like 180DPI, enabling it to capture fine details in prints. 
• Compatibility:It's designed to be compatible with a wide range of printers and ink types, including eco-solvent, water-based, dye, and pigment inks.

1. The KHF-10 ink pump runs at 24V/3W and is an original, high-quality product. It is a little pump with an effective ink delivery system. The diaphragm pump is also of high caliber and makes only moderate noise. Additionally, it is self-priming, allowing it to operate independently without external assistance.

2. Corrosion-resistant materials
Adopt new corrosion-resistant engineering plastics and rubber materials with oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and other properties.

3. Precision manufacturing
The pump body is separated from the motor, and the working medium (liquid) does not come into contact with metal parts from the inlet to the outlet. There is no mechanical seal, ensuring low-voltage safety and quiet operation.

1. Match the ink type: water-based ink, solvent ink, or UV ink.

2. Consider the ink supply system: negative pressure systems (choose pumps that can maintain stable vacuum control) or positive pressure systems (select pumps that support reliable pressurized output).

3. Flow Rate and Output Pressure: small-format printers (choose pumps with moderate flow and low noise) or wide-format or high-speed printers (use pumps with higher flow rate and stable output).

4. Check Compatibility: Ensure inlet/outlet sizes match your ink tubing and confirm voltage (e.g., 24V or 36V) and control method (manual, electronic, or pressure-based).
